Clinical Nurse - Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit

About the role

Provide direct patient care in a newly established ICU with a diverse patient population including cardiac, medicine, surgical, and neuro cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and families.
• Promote patient and family-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-discharge needs.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
• Communicate effectively across the care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs, ensuring holistic care.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure.
• Nursing diploma or higher; preferred bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of critical care experience.
