Clinical RN - Multidisciplinary ICU

Role: Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsibilities: Promote patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, alongside ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients or families.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications: Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Experience: No experience required; 2+ years of critical care experience preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
