Clinical Nurse - Multidisciplinary ICU

About the Role

Provide direct patient care in a newly established ICU with a diverse patient population including cardiac, medicine, surgical, and neuro cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively across care teams
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
• Ensure a healing, patient-centered environment

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates accepted
• 1-2 years of critical care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work safely and alertly in a safety-sensitive role
