Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care and educate on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities while engaging in professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Maintain safety-sensitive duties requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing.
• Licensure: Current RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
