About the role

Join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care in a healing environment. Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting their values, cultural, and spiritual preferences.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to deliver high-quality care within established standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN license required).
• No prior experience necessary; however, a Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience are preferred.
