Join a 43-bed Med/Surg Unit as a registered nurse in a full-time night shift role, eligible for benefits and sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation, promoting patient and family-centered care.
• Educate patients on managing their illness.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives.
• Develop individualized care plans collaboratively.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural factors.

Qualifications

• RN license
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree (bachelor's preferred)
• No experience required; 2 years preferred
