About the Role

Full-time night shift position in a 43-bed Med/Surg unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing.
• Valid RN license.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher education levels.
