Clinical Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Selinsgrove, PA Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role blends direct client care in the home with leadership of clinical staff. We believe our clients and their families deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Selinsgrove, PA and surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise clinical staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands-on experience.
• 1 year of RN experience will be considered for a Clinical Associate position.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
