Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Bloomsbury, PA and surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise clinical staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
