Clinical Manager, Skilled Nursing

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. Our team provides best-in-class care to adult clients throughout Philadelphia County. As a Clinical Manager, you'll support a team of nurses while helping ensure exceptional care for our clients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
- Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
- Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
- Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
- Medical-surgical experience required.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.
Pay
Base salary: $85,000–$90,000 per year based on qualifications.
Schedule
Monday–Friday.
