Position: Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput & Staffing Location: Arlington Heights, IL Responsibilities Manage the unit ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality patient care.Supervise patient care, review policies, procedures, and treatment plans for continuous quality improvement.Assist in developing budgets, allocate resources, monitor equipment and supply levels, and analyze financial reports.Hire, evaluate, discipline, and orient staff; oversee educational programs for personnel development.Develop and communicate policies, implement evidence-based standards, and drive clinical service improvements.Collaborate with physicians, represent the department in meetings, and ensure effective service integration.Enhance patient experience through communication, operational improvements, and addressing patient issues.Motivate, challenge, and mentor staff; foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.Share responsibility for clinical units in the absence of other managers, adhering to organizational standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BScN or MSN required.Current Illinois nursing license.Current CPR certification; specialty certification preferred or obtainable within two years.At least three years of progressive clinical experience and a minimum of three years in management.
