Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing

Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees a unit ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Manages staffing, supervises personnel, develops budgets, reviews policies, and collaborates with physicians to enhance clinical services. Develops and implements policies, promotes continuous quality improvement, and fosters a positive work environment through mentoring and staff development. Acts as liaison for patient satisfaction initiatives, addressing patient concerns and improving the patient experience. Participates in hospital and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, current Illinois nursing license, CPR and specialty certification (with a plan to obtain within two years).
