Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing oversees patient care, staff supervision, and unit compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage clinical operations, develop budgets, allocate resources, and review management reports. Supervise staffing through hiring, disciplining, evaluating performance, and overseeing educational programs. Develop policies and procedures, ensuring evidence-based patient care standards and continuous quality improvement. Collaborate with physicians, participate in hospital and interdisciplinary meetings, and represent the department in various forums. Focus on enhancing patient satisfaction and workforce environment, mentoring staff, and implementing service improvements. Share responsibilities across clinical units when needed and adhere to organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, current Illinois nursing license, CPR and specialty certification (with a plan to obtain within two years). Minimum of three years of clinical experience and three years of management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on patient outcomes and staff development.
