The Clinical Manager, Nursing Operations leads the clinical and business aspects of nursing operations, including nursing supervisors, nursing float pool, virtual nursing, patient throughput, and staffing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of nursing supervisors and float pool
• Optimization of patient throughput and staffing effectiveness
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Collaboration with other departments to improve overall hospital operations

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of IL
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Graduate degree in a healthcare-related field required
• CPR certified
• Specialty certification preferred, must obtain within two years
• 3-5 years recent acute care nursing operations experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
