About the role

The Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) plays a crucial role in the coordination of clinical activities within a Wound Care Center. This position requires proficiency in case management, clinical oversight, and collaboration with various healthcare providers to ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient care assessments and care plans according to protocols and procedures.
• Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities, overseeing clinical staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Technicians.
• Collaborates with Program Director and Medical Director to align with program objectives and improve processes.
• Engages in staff development, offering both general and individualized training and support.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and Healogics policies.
• Coordinates Vein Care services if applicable, and performs documentation and safety duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum requirement, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One year of RN experience, with two years preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Wound care certification is preferred.

Benefits

Healogics offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of $70,600.00 - $95,100.00 annually. Benefits may vary based on location and employment status.

Schedule

Normal office hours, primarily indoors, with occasional patient care responsibilities.
