Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.Licenses: Valid RN license.Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years in nursing preferred.Additional skills include strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities.
