About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans is essential. The nurse assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. The role requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• RN licensure mandatory
• No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
