Clinical Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum

About the role

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values. Maintains a safe working environment as this position is safety-sensitive.

Qualifications

• Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree
• RN licensure
• At least 1 year of experience
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of experience
• No supervisory experience is necessary
