Clinical Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum

About the Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively, considering patient preferences, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical and psychosocial aspects and communicates care plans across teams. Must work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license required.
• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: No minimum required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Must meet safety and competency standards as a safety-sensitive role.
