We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those.
Check for any repeated content: We included travel time paid both in Requirements and Benefits; maybe okay but could be duplicated. Might be better to keep travel time paid under Benefits only, and under Requirements just mention travel ability. But the posting says "Travel, and your time traveling is paid." That's a benefit. We'll keep it under Benefits and maybe not duplicate in Requirements. Let's adjust: Remove travel time paid from Requirements list.
Also we included "Located within 1 hour of a major airport." That's a requirement.
We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Check Benefits: we included vaccine/immunization details. That's substantive.
Check Skills: we added some items that are not explicitly in posting but derived. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we cannot invent skills not explicitly stated. We listed "Clinical nursing expertise." That's from posting. "Ability to teach and provide peer‑to‑peer education." That's from responsibilities. "Strong communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals." That's implied but not explicitly stated; maybe we should avoid inventing. Better to only include skills explicitly mentioned: "Must be comfortable with basic software programs." That's a skill. Also maybe "clinical nursing expertise" is a skill. Also "ability to educate/train". That's from responsibilities. But that's more duty than skill. Safer to list only explicit skills: "Comfortable with basic software programs." and maybe "Clinical nursing expertise." Let's keep those two.
Thus Skills section: - Clinical nursing expertise.
- Comfortable with basic software programs.
Now Requirements: we have many items. Ensure we didn't miss any: RN degree, license, 3+ years critical care, hemodynamics/pressure lines, ability to travel locally/regionally/nationally, comfortable with basic software programs (but we moved to Skills; but it's also a requirement. Could keep in both but better to keep in Requirements as it's a requirement. The instruction: we can include in both if it's both requirement and skill. But to avoid duplication maybe keep in Requirements only. However Skills section should reflect skills; we could still include it there as it's a skill. Duplication may be okay but maybe better to keep only
