Clinical Nurse - Bonus Eligible

Role Overview Seeking a dedicated nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment with a focus on cardiothoracic procedures, including minimally invasive, heart failure, transplants, thoracic, robotic, and vascular surgeries. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and health maintenance.Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, promoting a healing environment rooted in patient-centered care.Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.Maintain communication across the continuum of care and ensure documentation aligns with standards. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's preferred.Active RN license required; no prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred.Strong teamwork, commitment to professional growth, and adherence to safety protocols.Ability to learn scrub and circulate skills; BSN preferred for higher-level roles.
