Clinical Nurse - Behavioral Response Team

Role Overview Provides direct patient care within pediatric behavioral health, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, supporting professional development.Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics.RN license required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.CPI training and experience in pediatrics are advantageous.Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
