Responsibilities
As a Clinical Navigator, you will:
- Meet people at their worst of times and share success stories.
- Facilitate the referral conversion by working collaboratively with various teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including prospective patients, family members, physicians, nurses, and payers.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy is required.
- Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.
- Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.
