Qualifications

• Minimum master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners on an independent level as an LMFT or LCSW
• One (1) year of clinical supervision experience in the behavioral health field preferred but not required
• Az Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Supervisor Training preferred but not required. If AZ Supervisor training is not complete at the time of hire, training should be completed within 30 days of start date (sponsored by our team)
• Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable
• Continuously maintain active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification
