Clinical Manager
Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Riley Outpatient Surgery Center. The role involves shaping strategic initiatives, developing passionate teams, and improving health outcomes. Key responsibilities include translating and achieving strategic priorities and outcomes, leading an inter-professional team, and advocating for evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or Master of Nursing (MSN), with a Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
