About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse with at least two years of nursing experience to provide critical patient care with minimal supervision. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality, patient- and family-centered care within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking and effective communication skills in high-pressure environments.
• Administer specialized treatments, including chemotherapy and biotherapy, requiring appropriate credentials.
• Provide care in various departments such as ICU, ED, PACU, Endoscopy, Telemetry, OB, and Pediatric units.
• Ensure compliance with department-specific certifications, including ACLS, PALS, and fetal monitoring.
• Obtain necessary certifications within specified timeframes for newly licensed RNs.

Requirements

• Relevant certifications (ONCC, ACLS, PALS, fetal monitoring) depending on the department.
• Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and make decisive judgments.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
