Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Work independently in stressful situations to take appropriate actions.
• Administer chemotherapy, requiring ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certification.
• Maintain department-specific credentials such as ACLS, PALS, and fetal monitoring certifications, with a grace period for newly licensed nurses to obtain these credentials.
• Provide care in specialized units such as ICU, ED, PACU, and Pediatric areas, adhering to certification requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Critical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under stress.
• Required certifications include ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy, ACLS, PALS, and fetal monitoring (as applicable).
