Clinical Manager - Specialty

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. It involves providing nursing care with at least two years of experience, including department-specific credentials. The candidate must hold an ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate if administering chemotherapy. Additional certifications include ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, and PALS for Pediatric areas (excluding NICU). Fetal Monitoring certification is required for L&D nurses through the National Credential Center or AWOHNN. Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain necessary certifications.
