Clinical Manager - Specialty

Seeking a skilled RN with at least 2 years of nursing experience to provide critical patient care in various departments. Must demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment while working independently in high-pressure environments. Role involves administering chemotherapy, requiring ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate. Additional certifications such as ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, and PALS for Pediatric units (excluding NICU) are mandatory. Fetal Monitoring certification through recognized bodies is required for L&D RNs. Newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications within six months. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care.
