Clinical Manager (RN) -Maternal Child Health
Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus based on experience. Full-time, day shift.
About the role
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned departments, including staffing, delivery of clinical care, and physician satisfaction while meeting budget expectations. Key responsibilities include meeting cost targets, staff satisfaction (measured by turnover and annual employee survey), physician satisfaction (measured by physician satisfaction survey), and patient satisfaction (measured by applicable patient surveys). Additional duties include conducting regular staff meetings, ensuring safe staffing ratios, employee counseling, monitoring attendance, and addressing educational needs. Actively leads and participates in teams/committees to improve organizational outcomes and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
- Maternal Child Health Department experience within the last two years
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
- Two years of prior nursing experience
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- NRP certification within 90 days of hire or transfer
- Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course completion within 90 days of hire or transfer

Pay
$59.24 - $94.79 hourly. Individual wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.
