Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs.
- Coordinate the clinical workflow to provide the most efficient, effective, safe, and comprehensive patient care.
- Work with physicians, midlevel providers, and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, improve the referral process, optimize patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current State of Maine RN license required.
- Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Five years of experience in the nursing field required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership in a complex environment, effectively guiding and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of building and growing a highly engaged team.
- Previous experience navigating regulatory surveys and requirements in an ambulatory procedural setting.
- Effective communication skills to meet the needs of multiple locations and modified schedules.
This is an onsite role supporting both Portland and Kennebunk, Maine locations.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $104,956.80 to $141,980.80 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
