About the role

The Dermatology Nurse Manager for the Greater Charlotte Area (GCA) oversees clinical operations across six dermatology practice locations: SouthPark, Pineville, Union West, Birkdale, Concord, and LCI. This role reports directly to the Clinic Director of Dermatology and manages a team of 43 clinical staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site clinical team, including direct oversight of Lead CMAs to enhance daily operations and staffing execution
  • Ensure consistency in clinical workflows, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee staffing plans and scheduling strategies in collaboration with Lead CMAs to maintain adequate coverage across all sites
  • Support Mohs surgery coordination and referral processes to optimize patient access and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and the Clinic Director to improve operational effectiveness and support growth initiatives
  • Monitor quality metrics, patient experience, and clinical performance across all locations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and care delivery

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in appropriate state
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • BLS required per policy guidelines
  • Professional certification (clinical or leadership) required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam

Skills

  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills
  • Ability to standardize workflows while remaining responsive to unique needs of each location

Pay

$47.50 - $71.25 per hour

Schedule

Full time - 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, No weekends
