About the Role
NHC HomeCare Knoxville is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to manage and direct all patient care services and personnel in our HomeCare agency. We are looking for an energetic and sharp RN who loves people and is committed to helping our agency provide excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
- Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, physicians, and clinicians
- Ensuring NHC HomeCare meets patients' needs
- Providing care as needed while primarily ensuring adequate staffing for care delivery
- Educating and monitoring care provided by staff
- Assisting with the transition to electronic records (Kinnser)
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Tennessee or a compact state
- Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months in home care preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Commitment to helping meet patient goals
- Valid Driver’s License, car insurance, and a good driving record
- Able to meet background screening requirements
