Clinical Manager (RN)

About the role

Clinical Manager overseeing an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, efficient patient care, lead clinical initiatives, and support program development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise healthcare professionals
• Participate in strategic planning
• Improve clinical workflows
• Ensure compliance
• Support team performance through performance reviews and onboarding
• Provide direct patient care when needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to enhance care quality
• Lead conflict resolution, mentorship, and process improvements

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license with at least 5 years in direct care (preferably palliative, hospice, or complex care)
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in remote work tools
• Cultural competency essential
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses, including California

Additional Requirements

• Flexibility for up to 25% travel
• Availability for work during Pacific Time hours
• Compliance with vaccination and background screening policies
