Clinical Manager / Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

About the Role

Interim HealthCare, a leading home health care company, is seeking a driven and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for a combined Clinical Manager and Quality Assurance position. This role is ideal for an RN with high attention to detail, excellent personal skills, and the ability to act as both a leader and quality advocate for our team of skilled professionals. Responsibilities

• Assure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient.
• Ensure home care clinicians meet and exceed standards for safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice through support and oversight.
• Supervise paraprofessional and licensed professional team members.
• Use clinical decision-making to manage an assigned patient population efficiently and effectively.
• Develop education for patients, families, and caregivers to promote progress toward established goals.
• Ensure daily patient care and office activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and client services, implement action plans, and evaluate results.
• Document patient complaints, occurrences, and infection logs.
• Conduct OASIS and chart audits; ensure proper paperwork is used by clinical staff.
• Participate in the QAPI program as requested.
• Educate home health clinicians on documentation standards when necessary.
• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in home care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona (BSN preferred).
• Three (3) years of nursing experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Two (2) years of management experience preferred.
• Two (2) years of OASIS experience preferred.
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Card.
• Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and as a self-starter.
• Knowledge of State and Federal home care regulations.
• Computer proficiency required.

• Competitive salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually.
