Clinical Manager - Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse with at least two years of nursing experience to join a dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Include Providing critical patient care in various departments, including ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, and Mental Health Nursing. Administering chemotherapy and biotherapy with required certifications. Responding effectively in stressful environments and working independently with minimal supervision. Supporting patients and families through compassionate and quality-centered care. Qualifications And Skills Valid RN license. Department-specific credentials such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate, ACLS, PALS, and fetal monitoring certifications. Ability to work flexible hours, including odd shifts and weekends if necessary. Strong communication, critical thinking, and decisive judgment skills. Additional Information Newly licensed RNs have a six-month window to obtain certain certifications. Certifications are required based on department and patient care area. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and deliver compassionate care.
