Clinical Manager - Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated RN to provide patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include: utilizing critical thinking and effective communication skills, making decisive judgments, and working independently with minimal supervision. The role may require working odd shifts or providing weekend coverage. Qualifications: minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with department-specific credentials such as the ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration. Additional certifications required based on unit, including ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areasPALS for Pediatric units (excluding NICU)Fetal Monitoring certification through the National Credential Center or AWOHNN for L&D Newly licensed RNs have 6 months to obtain necessary certifications.
