Position Highlights

- RN Licensure Required
- Full-Time; 40 hours/week
- Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm (may need to start earlier/work later if needed)

- Functions as a clinical/management resource and leader for the clinical team and physicians
- Performs the duties of the triage nurse, staff nurse, or medical assistant as necessary
- Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provides professional clinical leadership, maintains/delegates work schedule for nursing department staff, delegates tasks, monitors overtime and adjusts schedules accordingly, approves time off requests for clinical team as needed and adjusts schedule as needed, assists in annual employee evaluations, coordinates department meetings as needed, delegates nursing tasks, monitors budgetary constraints, maintains DMG policy and procedures, doctor/patient liaison, maintains patient confidentiality, assures OSHA/Safety compliance
- Available to other office clinical and non-clinical staff to answer questions and provide assistance as appropriate
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Must have a current CPR certification and a current and valid Illinois Nurse License
- Knowledge of nursing skills in accordance with nursing standards in the Nurse Practice Act
- Experience: At least five years professional nursing experience. Inpatient and outpatient experience helpful. Charge nurse, lead nurse, or some other supervisory experience desired

Pay
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $99,845-149,770, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
