Clinical Manager (ASC)

What We Offer

The role is the designated Director of Nursing for their Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) location. The Clinical Manager (ASC) Ambulatory Surgical Center oversees the coordination of nursing practice for the ASC. Key responsibilities include:

• Having a vision of the big picture with an understanding of continuous improvement in clinical effectiveness.
• Understanding that changes in one process can affect others.
• Being creative and influencing teams to execute change.
• Evaluating and designing nursing processes.
• Leading through influence in a matrixed leadership environment.
• Collaborating with the Medical Director and ASC Administrator as part of the ASC leadership team.

What We're Looking For

Requirements include:

• Education: A 2-year / Associate Degree is required, with a 4-year / Bachelor's Degree, BSN preferred.
• Experience: Operating Room and/or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience is preferred. Minimum 3 years RN experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure is required.
• Skills: Computer literacy, proficiency with various software, ability to operate clinical equipment safely, strong patient-centric care background, experience with education and training facilitation, strong ethical and moral character, and language skills adequate for high-level communication.
