Job Duties
- Supervision of support staff/supply management/Policy and Procedure implementation and management/vendor relations/scheduling and payroll/evaluation and feedback/service recovery/customer service.
Preferred Experience & Additional Skills
- Practice Management, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Power Point, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution, high level of emotional intelligence, multi-tasking ability, operations finances, must be a people person.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Work Experience
- 8 years progressive work experience and 3 years management experience.
Licensure/Certification
- Licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
