Clinical Manager - IMCU - FT - Nights - $20K Sign on Bonus - MRH

About the role

Manages the daily operations of the assigned department, unit, or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. May provide direct care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
• Schedules, recruits, pays, and engages students.
• Ensures regulatory compliance.
• Identifies, determines, and addresses needs for systems, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintains equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning.
• Develops departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the organization's strategic plan and vision.
• Evaluates patient care quality and provides patient and family-centered care.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on patient assessments to optimize outcomes and resource utilization.
• Maintains patient condition documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Accredited Program: Nursing (Required)
• BLS Cert American Heart non ecard (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• Registered Nurse License (RN LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)
