Clinical Manager - ICU

About the role

This position involves administrative and operational leadership for designated departments, overseeing cost management, human resources, operations, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and satisfaction of patients, physicians, and staff. You will serve as a key member of the management team and shared governance model, promoting the mission, vision, and values with a focus on person-centered and patient-family centered services.

Responsibilities include succession planning, talent identification, and leadership development, providing support, education, and resources to cultivate future nursing leaders. You may also assist in staffing to deliver clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in inpatient or outpatient settings, including 1 year in leadership
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty
• Valid RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure upon hire
• BCLS certification upon hire
