Clinical Manager - ICU

Role Overview

Responsible for the administrative and operational oversight of assigned departments, including managing costs, finance, human resources, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and staff and patient satisfaction. Serves on the management team and promotes a person-centered, patient- and family-focused philosophy aligned with shared governance and organizational values. Leads succession planning, talent identification, and staff development to cultivate future nursing leaders. May assist in staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations, finances, and quality metrics.
• Promote organizational mission and values, fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
• Identify and support staff development and leadership growth.
• Contribute to staffing and clinical care as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience, including 1 year of leadership.
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area.
• Current RN license in Georgia and BCLS certification.
