Responsibilities

• Succession planning, talent identification, staff development, and support
• Potential involvement in staffing for clinical care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings, including at least 1 year in leadership
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty

Licenses and Certifications

• RN license (Georgia State Licensure or NLC/eNLC Multistate Licensure)
• BCLS certification
