Clinical Manager - ICU

About the Role

Responsible for the administrative and operational management of designated departments, focusing on cost management, human resources, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and staff and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Acts as part of the management team, promoting mission, vision, and values through a person-centered approach.
• Supports change management, succession planning, talent development, and provides support and education for future nursing leaders.
• May assist in staffing to deliver clinical care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings, including at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty.
• RN licensure in Georgia and/or NLC/eNLC multistate licensure required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required upon hire.
