Clinical Manager (RN) – Assistive Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PA Assistive Care office in Montgomery County as a Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a team of field caregivers while ensuring clients receive exceptional, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes. Location: Wynnewood, PA.

Pay

Base Salary: $90,000–$95,000 annually, based on qualifications.

Schedule

Monday–Friday opportunity; paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional client care.
• Visit Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments throughout Montgomery and Delaware counties.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aide (HHA) staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.
• Provide ongoing guidance, education, and support to field employees.
• Partner with office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Recent hands-on nursing experience required.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.
