Clinical Manager - Emergency Department

Role: This position involves administrative and operational oversight of assigned departments, focusing on managing costs, finance, human resources, quality care, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction. Responsibilities: Serve as part of the management team to promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values, emphasizing person-centered and family-centered care. Lead change management initiatives, support talent development and succession planning, and assist in staffing to ensure quality clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred)At least 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings, including 1 year of leadershipDemonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialtyValid RN license in Georgia or multistate licensureBasic Life Support certification Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, change management, clinical expertise, and commitment to person-centered care to promote value-driven outcomes.
