Clinical Nurse Manager - Emergency Department

Role: Clinical Nurse Manager, Emergency Department Responsibilities: Lead ED operations, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and clinical oversight. Manage daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, education, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and lead quality improvement initiatives focused on safety and care quality. Provide clinical leadership support in the absence of other managers. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN required, MSN preferred), current Illinois RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and management experience of at least three years. Preferred certifications include ECRN, TNS, or CEN, with a commitment to obtain certifications if not already held.
