About the role
Manages the day-to-day operations of endovascular & cardiac procedural services.
Responsibilities
- Staffing, scheduling, monitoring staff performance
- Providing staff education
- Implementing and directing Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities for the department
- Participates in department budget preparation and management
- Acts as a liaison between customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other departments within the hospital
- Responsible for succession planning, identifying talent, providing support, education, and resources to grow future leaders
- May be required to assist in staffing as necessary to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients
Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree or the equivalent required in a field of study
- Work Experience: 5 years clinical experience in required field Required and 3 years management or supervisory experience Required
- Licenses and Certifications: Current licensure/certification in required profession (RN, ARRT, RCIS, Respiratory, Perfusion, etc.) Required BCLS - Basic Life Support Required ACLS Required
