Responsibilities
- Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including management of human resources, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position.
- Serves as part of a collaborative service line management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and valves of PHC.
- Affords assistance in staffing as necessary and is capable of providing cardiovascular clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric cardiac patients.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree or the equivalent required in area of specialty
- Required: Bachelors Degree
- PREFERRED: Bachelors Degree
- Work Experience: 5 years clinical experience in required field
- REQUIRED: 3 years management or supervisory experience
- Licenses and Certifications: Current licensure/certification in required profession (RN, RCIS, Respiratory, Perfusion, etc)
- Upon Hire: BCLS - Basic Life Support
- REQUIRED: ACLS
